Bungalow Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payments  

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. If the balance is not received by this time, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit may be retained.

2. Guest Numbers  

The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number confirmed at the time of booking unless agreed in advance.  

Additional guests are charged at £25 per person and must be declared before arrival. The owner reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel the booking if undeclared guests arrive.

3. Breakages and Damages  

Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the property and its contents. Any breakages, loss, or damage must be reported as soon as possible. The cost of repairing or replacing damaged items may be charged to the lead guest.

4. Hot Tub Use  

The hot tub is provided for guest enjoyment; however, it must be used responsibly at all times.  

- No glassware is permitted near the hot tub area. Only plastic cups or suitable alternatives may be used.  

- Any damage caused by misuse may result in additional charges.

5. Noise and Consideration for Neighbours  

Guests are asked to respect the surrounding area and neighbours.  

- No loud music or excessive noise is permitted outside after 10:00 pm, particularly in the hot tub area.

6. Smoking Policy  

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning charges.

7. Rubbish and Departure  

Guests are asked to leave the property tidy upon departure.  

- All rubbish must be placed in the outside bins at Poochee Play before leaving the property.

8. Property Care  

Guests must treat the bungalow, furnishings, and equipment with care. The property must be left in a reasonable condition on departure.

9. Right to Refuse Stay  

The owner reserves the right to refuse entry or request guests to leave the property if these terms and conditions are breached, without refund.

10. Acceptance of Terms  

By confirming the booking and making payment, the lead guest accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all members of the party staying at the property.
